Balance bikes are fast becoming the preferred way to teach your child how to ride a bike. They have no stabilisers or pedals and help your child get to grips with balance and co-ordination. This enables them to progress to a normal bike without the use of stabilisers.
This range of balance bikes by Puky have the added adavntage of a foot rest and are aimed at the lower age range. The handle bars are steerable and the seat is adjustable.

| "I bought it for my just 2yo who is quite tall, having done all the 'saddle-height' measurements etc, and found that we could probably have bought him the next size up. Advice: try one if you can; if you can't, do the measurements with child's shoes on (!) and be prepared for the bike to look quite small. But very happy with it." |

| When our youngest (1 1/2 years at the time) got the smallest Puky learner bike, she was still slightly too short to sit comfortably on the saddle. But a couple of months later she was able to "walk" with it. Now at almost 2 years of age she whizzes around and just loves trying to keep up with her bigger sister. This bike is a must for any short but very active 2-year-old. Puky is excellent quality! |
